Billing and Subscriptions


HireFire implements a metered billing model based on an hourly rate.
All prices mentioned are exclusive of VAT. VAT is levied on customers residing within the European Union, excluding those with a valid VAT number. Customers from The Netherlands are always subject to VAT. Non-EU customers are exempt from VAT.
You can monitor your current usage on your organization's page. At the end of the billing cycle (1 month), we will incorporate the current usage into your invoice and reset it. If the current usage amounts to less than $1.00 at the end of the billing cycle, it will not be added to the invoice. Instead, the current usage will be carried forward to the following invoice.

We accept payments through MasterCard, Visa, and American Express, all of which are securely processed by Stripe.


Creating a New Subscription

  1. Go to the dashboard: https://manager.hirefire.io
  2. Choose the organization for which you wish to create a subscription.
  3. In the Billing section, select Create Subscription.
  4. Complete and submit the form.

Updating Your Subscription and Billing Details

  1. Access the dashboard at: https://manager.hirefire.io
  2. Select the organization for which you intend to update billing information.
  3. Within the Billing section, press the Update button.
  4. Fill in the form and submit.

Cancelling Your Subscription and Removing Your Card

  1. Navigate to the dashboard: https://manager.hirefire.io
  2. Choose the organization for which you aim to cancel the subscription.
  3. In the Billing section, click on the Cancel button.
  4. Confirm cancellation by selecting Cancel My Subscription.

Note: Only organization admins have the authority to manage billing. Regular members do not have this capability.
